Resolution rules

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the government of Ukraine lowers the minimum military conscription age between market creation and the specified date, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The change must be confirmed through an official government announcement, legislation, or decree. The primary resolution source will be official information from the government of Ukraine, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
